How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve P3 Supply Manager.
• Authenticate users and enforce account permissions.
• Support purchasing, fulfillment, receiving, invoice review, inventory, and related business workflows.
• Send service communications and operational notifications requested by users.
• Provide support, investigate problems, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

SMS and mobile information

If you opt in to P3 Supply Manager Operational Alerts, we use your mobile number and SMS consent record to send the operational notifications you requested, administer the messaging program, provide support, and honor opt-out requests. Message frequency varies according to the tasks requiring your attention. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile information may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf solely to operate and support the messaging program. It is not provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS Consent page for program details.

How we share information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary:

• With vendors and service providers that host, secure, deliver, or support the service under appropriate restrictions.
• With your organization and its authorized users according to their roles and permissions.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
• As part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your choices

• You may update available account and notification settings in P3 Supply Manager.
• You may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP or disabling text alerts in Account Settings.
• You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

Children's privacy

P3 Supply Manager is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
