Using the service

P3 Supply Manager is provided for authorized business users. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and represent that you are authorized to act for your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and authorized access

• Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and use only the account assigned to you.
• Provide accurate information and promptly update information that changes.
• Notify us promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
• Your organization is responsible for its users and the permissions assigned to them.

Purchasing and operational information

The service assists with purchasing, orders, vendor communications, receiving, invoices, products, pricing, inventory, and related workflows. Users remain responsible for reviewing selections, quantities, prices, vendor information, delivery details, and other records before relying on them or sending instructions to a vendor. Automated extraction, matching, and recommendations may require human review.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the service unlawfully or outside your authorized business purpose.
• Attempt to access another organization, account, record, or system without authorization.
• Interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or introduce malicious code.
• Upload or transmit content you do not have the right to use.
• Use the service to send deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or unsolicited communications.

SMS Terms — P3 Supply Manager Operational Alerts

P3 Ortho LLC offers optional P3 Supply Manager Operational Alerts for authorized staff users. These messages concern business tasks such as orders awaiting placement, vendor confirmations, order problems, invoice review, and product requests. They are not marketing messages.

• You enroll by entering your mobile number in your Account Settings, selecting the unchecked SMS consent box, and saving your preference.
• Consent to SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of using or purchasing the service.
• Message frequency varies according to the operational tasks requiring your attention.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and no further program messages unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or email staff@p3-ortho.com.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• If you change or relinquish your mobile number, update your Account Settings promptly.

Third-party services

The service may interact with vendors, communications providers, hosting providers, and other third-party services. Their services may be governed by separate terms and policies. P3 Ortho LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party products or services.

Service availability and changes

We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. P3 Ortho LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
