SMS Consent

What the program sends

P3 Ortho LLC sends P3 Supply Manager Operational Alerts as non-marketing text messages about business tasks that may require a staff member’s attention. Examples include purchase orders awaiting placement, overdue vendor confirmation, reported order problems, invoice review, and product requests.

How staff opt in

1. An authorized staff member signs in to P3 Supply Manager using their own account.
2. They open Account Settings and find Personal Notifications.
3. They enter their own mobile number and turn on Text.
4. They review and select an unchecked SMS consent box.
5. They select Save. P3 Supply Manager records the consent time with their account.

Consent must be given by the staff member from their own account. Administrators cannot grant SMS consent or change the enrolled mobile number for another person. Changing a mobile number requires fresh consent. SMS consent is optional and is not required to use P3 Supply Manager.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to the operational tasks requiring the recipient’s attention. Some days may have no messages; days with active purchasing or fulfillment work may have several. Message and data rates may apply under the recipient’s mobile plan.

Opt out or get help

• STOP: Reply STOP to opt out. A confirmation is sent and program messages stop unless the user later opts in again.
• HELP: Reply HELP for help or email staff@p3-ortho.com.
• Staff may also disable Text in their P3 Supply Manager Account Settings.
